I am excited to share my experience with my Positioning Strategist and Publicist Carol A Santella.

My partner Sha and I founded a medical terpene and cannabis company and related brands in January 2020. Our focus was on being an online retailer and wholesaler and within a short time our business began to thrive. Our brands and product mix grew, often shipping over 1,000 orders a day. It is with the highest regard that I am sending this recommendation. 

I was fortunate to meet Carol earlier this year and that fact is actually the central point of my recommendation. Originally, a medical scientist with a focus on neurophysiology and biophysics, I transitioned into full time executive business management over forty years ago. During my business tenure, I have learned that the most difficult force to overcome, in all aspects of business, similar with science and life, is inertia. Normally, when I begin working with publicists, especially in technical areas, there is a massive learning curve for them. 

For example, last decade I hired a premier Los Angeles publicist team to provide support for Sensa, a weight loss product that became the world's best-selling diet product accumulating over 5 billion in sales in the first four years. While far less technical than the far infrared and medically rare terpene information that Carol needed to master, their entire team took four months to prepare versus Carol's ten days.   

Most importantly, according to a combination of my impressions and the actual data, Carol performed at triple the level of the entire other team. 

Also, most interestingly, Carol's motivation and competency, actually pushed beyond promotion into marketing, and within a month into sales. That was the first time I ever observed this phenomenon; normally the common complaint about publicists and even marketers are that their efforts were difficult to quantify.  

In addition to her professionalism, I have found Carol to be highly considerate of all our team members, in fact, empathic to their specific needs.
